Flange Repair Collar
The leaking gasket on the flange is sealed using the Flange Repair Collar. This may be accomplished while the pipeline is still operational, saving money on expensive downtime. The design of Flange Repair Collars comply with ASME Section VIII and uses materials permitted by the pressure vessel code, including SA-A516 Gr. 70, SA-A193 Gr. B7, and SA-194 Gr. 2H.
Details
The leak will follow the flange bolts’ path of least resistance once the Flange Repair Collar has been tightened to the proper standard. By filling in the spaces surrounding the flange bolts with sealant injected via the injection ports, we resolve this problem. To guarantee appropriate compatibility with the pipeline content, we provide a wide variety of packing/seal materials and sealant solutions.
